Statistical Analysis of Data Consistency for CPI Data of Hainan Province
In our report, the CPI data of Hainan Province from 1988 to 2008 were collected, and based on the Maximum Likehood Estimate of parameters in Weibull distribution, the method of random simulation in the case of the MLE of unknown shape parameter was used to derive the quantile fractile, which solves the issue of outliers and gives a reasonable explain on outlier in the point of economic implications.
