Abstract: In our report, questionnaires were used to investigate the organization management system of competitive sports in Guangdong-Taiwan Universities, which include administrative management system, management form and level division of sports teams. Based on the results, the ideal development modes of organization management system in Guangdong-Taiwan Universities were discussed. And in order to promote the reformation of the administrative management system and development of competitive sports in Guangdong-Taiwan Universities, a preliminary concept of practicing “government-society-university” management system was proposed
