海口地区人乳头瘤病毒感染的分子流行病学研究

Molecular Epidemiology of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Infection in Haikou Area

  • 摘要: 利用PCR扩增和Southen杂交技术, 对海口地区人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)型别进行了调查, 结果显示, 在所抽取的1 045份样本中, 有436份检出HPV-DNA, 总阳性率为41.72% (436/1 045), 其中有337份只检出1种型别感染(单侵染), 65份检出2种型别感染(二重侵染), 34份检出3种或3种以上型别感染(三重或三重以上侵染), 分别占感染样本的77.29%, 14.91%和7.80%; 在单侵染中, 高危型所占比例为74.78%(252/337). 不同型别的检出率从高到低分别是 HPV16(22.25%), HPV58(17.89%), HPV43(16.74%), HPV52(16.06)和HPV6(8.94%). 其中HPV16, HPV58和HPV43为高危型, 其检出率较高, 具有一定的区域性.

     

    Abstract: In the report, southern blot and PCR were performed to investigate the main genotypes of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in Haikou area. The results indicated that among 1 045 samples, 436 cases were positive(41.72%), and among which the single infection cases, double infection cases, and multiple infection cases were 337(77.29%), 65(14.91%) and 34(7.80%), respectively; the proportion of high-risk HPV genotype was 74.78%(252/337) in single infection; the most frequently detected HPV genotypes were HPV16, HPV58, HPV43, HPV52 and HPV6 with ratio of 22.25%, 17.89%, 16.74%, 16.06% and 8.94%, respectively, among which HPV16, HPV58, and HPV43 were high-risk genotypes, all of which suggested that Haikou region has its own HPV distribution characteristic.
