Abstract: In our report, the application system that sends streaming media from the server side to Android mobile terminal through a wireless communication network was designed, and H. 264 decoder standard was transplanted into the Android system and used as decode module, which achieve the decoding and playing the H. 264 data on the Android mobile terminal. The results showed that the fine decoding effects are obtained.
