摘要: 咖啡及其制品中咖啡因的测定尚无国家标准。本文阐述了用分光光度法测定咖啡中的咖啡因。咖啡因浓度在0—20μg/ml之间符合比耳定律,研究了溶液酸度和沉淀剂用量对测定的影响。标准样品回收率可达98.8%。此法操作简单,适合于工厂质量控制,有一定的实用价值。Abstract: National Standard for determining caffeine in caffee and it’s products has been not described. In this paper, a spectrophotometric method for the determination of caffeine has described. Beer’s law is followed from 0—20 μg/ml of caffeine. The effects of acidity and deposit agent have been studied. The recovering rate of standard sample was able to reach 98.8%. The oeration in this method is simple. This method may be used in factories’ quality control and would have some practice value.
