Abstract: Endometrium of primary infertility were obtained in 50 cases. The results suggest there are anovulation changes in 7 cases and ovulation changes in 43 cases. Latter, occording to growth of the glands and stroma, can be made into coordinated dalay and separated dalay. Results indicated that it is difficuty that endometrium of iuadeguate luteal phase is diagnosed with standard dating. In primary infertility, lengthen or shorten of menstrual cycle, histologically the endometrium is yet the changes of anovulation and ovulation.
