甜玉米栽培、加工技术与罐头质量的关系探讨

  • 摘要: 本文论述了甜玉米罐头的制作工艺以及栽培技术对罐头质量的影响;对栽培技术与制作工艺的关系进行了较为系统的研究。初步认为,罐头的质量与甜玉米的营养成分和含量,制作配方及加工工艺有关。此外,不同品种,不同的季节,不同的采收期,以及栽培技术和施肥技术也有很大的关系。

     

    Abstract: This is an article on the influence of process technology for tin and cultivation skill ueon the quality of canned sweet corn, and on systematical studying the relation between cultivation skill and process technology.It has a preliminary view that the canquality, the content of nutrition composition of sweet corn, the clerection for producing chemical and its process technologl are concerned, In addition, the alifferent breeds, seasons, gathering periods, and different skills of cultivation and speacling fertilizer are also concerned closely.
