Flexural bearing capacity of circular aluminium-concrete-steel double skin tubular cross-sections

  • 摘要: 为建立新型圆中空夹层铝合金管-混凝土-钢管组合构件(简称“ACSDST”)截面受弯承载力的准确计算方法,以塑性应力分布方法(PSDM)为基础,通过理论推导得到一组可精确考虑不同受力区域面积的截面受弯承载力计算公式。通过计算承载力与168根ACSDST构件的试验与有限元数据的对比分析表明,公式计算值的平均相对误差不超过5.5%,该计算公式可以较好地对ACSDST组合截面的受弯承载力进行预测,可为ACSDST组合构件的应用与设计提供依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to create a precise method for calculating the flexural bearing capacity of the new-type circular aluminium-concrete-steel double skin tubular (termed “ACSDST”), in the report, based on the plastic stress distribution method (PSDM), the theoretical derivation was performed to obtain a group of formulas for the flexural bearing capacity calculation, which can accurately account for the areas of different stress zones across the cross-section. A comparative analysis results of the obtained flexural bearing capacity of 168 ACSDST specimens and the finite element data demonstrated that the average error of the calculated values does not exceed 5.5%. Thus, these formulas can provide a good prediction for flexural bearing capacity of ACSDST sections, and which can provide the basis for their application and design.
